WeGo describes Star service as weekday trains in the morning and afternoon, with Mount Juliet on the station list. That is a different proposition from an all-day train every few minutes. Then add home-to-station time and the trip from Riverfront to your destination. A home can be close to the station yet still be a poor fit for a workday that ends after the last practical return. Save a driving alternative for days when your schedule changes. The useful number is the complete door-to-door trip you can repeat, including waiting and transfers, rather than the time spent on the train alone.

Which park belongs in your routine?

The city’s directory lists playgrounds, a skate park, basketball and volleyball at Charlie Daniels Park. Its Mundy Sports Complex entry lists a walking trail, disc golf and softball. Pick the activity you want before choosing the nearest green shape on a map. On a visit, use the entrance you would normally use and check the route from the candidate home. If walking or rolling is important, look at crossings and the connection to the entrance; distance alone does not establish a continuous accessible route. Current facility notices matter when a particular court, field or seasonal feature is part of the decision.
