Who is your day-to-day contact?
For a purchase, clarify who will arrange and attend tours, discuss an offer, coordinate inspection follow-up and keep track of your dates. For a sale, clarify who will advise on preparation, oversee the marketing plan, relay feedback and help compare offers. One clear contact list makes it easier to know where a question belongs.
How are specialists involved?
The real estate, lending, title, inspection, insurance, tax and legal roles are different. Ask who can answer each issue and how the team will keep you informed when another professional’s work affects timing. A business leadership title does not mean the same person performs every task in a transaction.
