The Nashville perspective

Selling-program options: start with the current written proposal

Gary’s official website advertises investor-offer, auction and buy-before-you-sell pathways. The provider’s current eligibility, costs and agreement determine what is available for your property.

A direct offer needs a complete net comparison

Ask for the proposed buyer, price, deductions, inspection or cancellation conditions and closing terms. Compare that written proposal with an ordinary listing estimate using the same cost categories. A headline amount cannot establish final proceeds.

An auction needs its own agreement

Gary’s site identifies an auction pathway and a Halo Realty relationship. Ask the responsible provider about reserve terms, fees, marketing, deposit requirements and what happens if the property does not sell. The word auction alone does not define the result or timeline.

Buying before selling adds a funding question

Confirm who provides the funds, what qualifications apply, all charges and carrying obligations, and what happens if the existing home takes longer to sell. Do not treat an advertised route as approval for a particular household.

Compare the actual options

Use the contact page to request the current program material. No rates, fixed fees, guaranteed acceptance or guaranteed proceeds are asserted here. Keep each provider’s written terms with the comparison.
