Look for the decision behind the praise
For an out-of-state purchase, look for specific discussion of communication and remote due diligence. For a sale, look for preparation, feedback and offer handling. For two linked closings, look for how dependencies were managed. A star total alone cannot tell you whether an experience resembles the help you need.
Keep the source and date visible
Read the original platform rather than an unattributed screenshot. Note the date, the professional named and whether the writer explains their relationship. A review may describe a different agent, market period or service from the one you are considering now.
Ask for relevant references
Tell Gary’s team which part of your move is most demanding and ask what relevant examples or references they can share with permission. Respect the privacy of past clients. This site does not invent testimonials, calculate an unsupported rating or turn selected comments into a representative client-satisfaction statistic.
