Put your requirements in order

Choose three non-negotiable requirements before touring. For each home, record the actual layout, ownership obligations, condition concerns and full monthly estimate. A low asking price can be outweighed by a repair budget or a layout that cannot meet your needs.

Make uncertainty visible

Keep an unknown field open instead of awarding an average score. Name the document, measurement or professional review needed to resolve it. Revisit the comparison after inspections or updated costs; do not let an early tour impression outweigh later evidence.
