The Nashville perspective

Cash versus financed offers: compare the full proposal

A seller should compare net proceeds, conditions, evidence and timing rather than awarding a cash label an automatic advantage.

Read the offers on the same basis

An offer’s stated funding method does not verify the buyer’s ability or promise closing. Compare the amount, timing and professional verification in the actual file. Use the offer-comparison tool to keep deductions visible.

Which offer term carries the real risk?

Compare the signed amount, financing or proof-of-funds documentation, contingencies, deadlines and possession terms in the actual offers. A cash label or higher number alone does not resolve performance or net-proceeds risk.
