Three forms, different questions
A townhouse can have more than one legal ownership structure. A detached home can still have an association and shared obligations. Compare financing, insurance, assessments and maintenance only after identifying the actual arrangement.

Which legal record changes the answer?
Identify the ownership form first, then collect the declaration, association budget, insurance responsibilities, assessments and maintenance allocation for the actual candidate. The same exterior appearance can conceal different legal obligations.
