The lowest estimate in this file is a starting point, not a bargain label

The rent measure has its own population
Dickson’s $1,015 gross-rent estimate is $184 below Robertson’s $1,199. That does not establish the rent available for a house with the same layout, location or included utilities. A lease comparison should record the actual unit, recurring charges, deposit terms and maintenance responsibilities.
